For the upcoming 7.320 release, we are planning the following improvements:
- Recommended Operations - We have implemented several new user interface enhancements in this area of the platform that will be available for piloting ahead of the general release. If your location would like to enable this new functionality, please contact your Decisiv Account Manager or our Support Team.
- Sunsetting Admin Reports - This section will be retired in an upcoming release, with the schedule to be announced soon.
Recommended Operations:
When creating a new case, a pop-up will now appear by default, presenting options for Campaigns & Recalls, Recommended Operations, Warranty & Extended Coverage, and Service Contracts & Subscriptions relevant to the asset.
Provider Reports:
The Admin Reports Area for Providers currently includes the Operations Quoted (Not Sold) and Estimate Usage reports. We plan to phase out this Reports area in the near future as we implement performance and user interface enhancements.
We encourage users to explore our InSite reporting services, where you can access both the Operation Listing Service Provider Reporting and the Cases Revenue Summary Reporting.
