This release focuses on issue fixes, as well as improving usability for Provider Users, and Dealer Admins.

Provider Users 

Issue Fixed: Service Request Mileage Updates 

Prior to this release, some Provider Users encountered issues where updated mileage values were not properly reflected in the Service Request workflow or Fleet Asset Records.  

This issue has been resolved so that all asset mileage updates captured at Service Request creation will persist and populate in Fleet Asset records as expected. 

Dealer Admins 

Improved Mandatory Case Complaint Behavior

With this release, Dealer Admins have access to a new toggle under the Features tab of the Location Information admin area that allows them to choose whether to enable the Mandatory Case Complaint field at mobile case creation. When this is enabled, users will be required to stop and fill out the Complaint field as they create a new case on mobile Case only.

Added Mileage and Engine Hours Alert Configurations

With this release, we made it easier for Dealer Admins to determine when Service Providers should be reminded to update mileage or engine hours in a case. Service Providers now have the power to control the triggers for these alerts to ensure they get the information they need when they need it. 

To configure this feature, have your Dealer Admin access the Location Information section of the admin area, and in the Features tab, find the toggle labeled “Alert when mileage and Engine hours have not been updated.” From there, Dealer Admins can choose one of the following three options:

• DO NOT SHOW ALERT
  • Users will never be reminded to update the mileage or engine hour fields
• WHEN MILEAGE HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED
  • Users will only be alerted before exporting the case to Repair Order when the mileage field has not been updated.
• WHEN MILEAGE AND ENGINE HOURS HAVE NOT BEEN UPDATED
  • Users will be reminded before exporting the case to Repair Order to update both the mileage and engine hours.
