Release Notes
For this release, we have the following bug fixes and enhancements:

Approval email to be directed to as many as three different users at Service Provider (SP) location that requested approval
- Email
- SP User to whom the case is assigned at the time Approval is given (this is the user currently receiving these emails)
- SP User who triggered the Approval Request QAB
- SP User to whom the case was assigned at the time the Approval Request was triggered
- Note
- added to the case should reflect the names of all users who received Approval emails
- primary displayed name will be the user to whom the case is assigned at the time Approval is given
- with other user name(s) displayed if the user clicks to see additional recipients
[WARRANTY] and [GOODWILL-MANUFACTURER] labels were re-added to the PDF
- Currently, these labels only appear on the PDF when VMRS is checked in the print preferences modal. However, the Reason for Repair is also a VMRS code, which is causing an unexpected side effect.
- This issue has been resolved. When generating a PDF, if the user unchecks VMRS while an operation has the reason for repair set to WARRANTY or GOODWILL-MANUFACTURER, the PDF will still display [WARRANTY] or [GOODWILL-MANUFACTURER] to the right of the operation name.
Technician Stories - Reorder messages from newest to oldest on export XML
- As a SP where technicians utilize the system, technician stories are sent to CDK in the newest-to-oldest sequence. This contradicts how the user would record them on the DMS, which is confusing.
- Technician Stories for CDK will now be ordered from newest to oldest in the export XML
Mobile Check-In - Add Asset Flow
When adding an asset this search will work as it does on the desktop application.
- Search by VIN or Serial
- Enter the 17-digit VIN or the serial number for the asset, and click Search Asset.
- If we find the asset, you can add it to your location by clicking Add Asset.
- Enter Asset Information
- If the asset is not found by searching, you can enter it manually by filling in the asset information and clicking Add.
