Release Notes

For this release, we have the following enhancements:

• New Notes UI - Adjust Case Notes Recipients Field label to "Send To"
• New Operations UI - Adjust Campaigns/Recalls labels to "Recalls & Campaigns"

New Notes UI - Adjust the Recipients field label Send To and remove the group name

The notes UI had a single field that included searching recipients for the currently selected group and displaying the selected recipients. This caused confusion when recipients were added from multiple recipient groups.

• Rename the Recipient field to Send To 
• Remove the duplication of the contacts group name in this same field

New Operations UI - Recommended Operations - Label Updates

Please Note: This enhancement is only available to locations currently piloting the New Operations UI

• Left Hand Navigation Bar (dark grey box below) - Update the label from "Campaigns/Recalls" to "Campaigns & Recalls" and move it to the top
• New Operations Table - Update the label from "Campaigns/Recalls" to "Campaigns & Recalls" and move left to be the first option
