For the Case V8.15.0 Release, targeted for July 8th, we're planning the following improvements:
- Case Notes: Pinned group no longer needs a reload to register new pinned recipients.
- Insite Reporting: New Status Tracker Reports have been added to the standard Insite reports.
- Request & Share Approval: Estimate link directs to the appropriate viewport (mobile or desktop)
- Fleet Service Requests: My Service Requests tab now shows the requests initiated by the current user.
- Customer Requested Completion Time: Service provider has the ability to add the Customer Requested Completion Time field to all fleet cases, registered or not, initiated by a service request or not.
Coming Soon:
- Asset Profile: OEM Build Info: Improvements to the layout of the OEM Build Info tab.
- Asset Profile: Asset Type will be required to improve data accuracy, support field display logic, and enable pricing integration by Asset Type in the future.
Case V8.15.0 Release:
Case Notes - Pinned Recipients
We're implementing improvements to the new Pin & Edit recipients feature. Now when pinning new recipients, users will no longer need to refresh their screens for the newly pinned recipient group to appear in the recipients menu.
Insite Reporting - New Status Tracker Reports
You now have access to the new Tracker Starter management dashboards, which provide overview information regarding service performance.
These reports deliver a summary of status durations, workflow durations, and customer communication to identify bottlenecks or problem areas that impact both productivity and revenue over the prior 30, 60, or 90 days.
Request & Share Approval - Estimate links
We're implementing improvements to ensure that links provided to case contacts when requesting approval or sharing estimates direct them to the correct mobile and/or desktop viewports.
Fleet Service Requests - My Service Requests tab
Fleet users will have a dedicated tab located on the Service Request screen where they can view and track service requests that they have created.
Customer Requested Completion Time
Service providers will soon be able to add/edit the Customer Requested Completion Time field to all fleet cases, whether registered or not, and regardless of whether they were initiated by a service request.

We're in the process of planning improvements to the layout of the OEM Build Info tab, located on the Edit Asset screen.
