For the Case V8.21.0 Release, targeted for September 26th, we're planning the following improvements.

• Enhancements: 

  • New Operations Table - Withhold Operations Feature
  • Multi-Portal Messaging - For Multi-branded locations

Case V8.21.0 (Targeted for September 26th):

Withhold Operations Feature:

By toggling the line-item operations to "Withhold," those items will be marked as withheld. This action will prevent them from being exported to the DMS and will also stop them from appearing in the customer view of the estimate.

Multi-Portal Messaging:

Multi-branded locations that can search for assets across different portals will soon be able to select Hino-branded assets from brands outside their Hino portal and easily switch to their Hino Edge platform to start cases.

When selecting a Hino asset while searching in a portal other than Edge and opting to start a case with that asset, users will see a modal pop-up.
