For the Case V8.22.0 Release, targeted for October 10th, we're planning the following improvements.
Improvements:
- Case Level Complaint - Ensure text is saved in both sections of the Editing Case screen containing the Complaint field.
- PDF Estimate - Ensure that Approval notes are properly displayed on the PDF estimate.
Case V8.22.0 (Targeted for October 10th):
Case Level Complaint Field:
The Complaint field on the Editing Case screen did not always display updated information and sometimes required a browser refresh. We are implementing a fix to ensure updates to the Complaint field persist at the case level.
PDF Estimate:
We are making improvements to ensure that when the Case Notes option is selected for generating the Estimate PDF, the notes section of the resulting PDF correctly displays Approval notes alongside the other notes present.
