For the Case V8.22.0 Release, targeted for October 10th, we're planning the following improvements.
Fixes:
- Case Level Complaint - Ensure “Case Level Complaint” text persists in both parts of the Editing Case screen where that field exists.
- Department Field - Clearing of the “Department” field should result in the previous selection being cleared; Cases and Editing Case screen.
- PDF Estimate Approval Notes - Ensure that Approval notes are properly displayed on the PDF estimate.
- Operation Labels - The Tenth (dark gray) label does not persist after being saved.
- Service Provider & Broker Location Logo’s - Ensure locations can upload Logos
Case V8.22.0 (Targeted for October 10th)
Case Level Complaint:
The Complaint field on the Editing Case screen did not always display updated information if the user edited existing text that resided in the Case Level complaint field.
We are implementing a fix to ensure updates to the Complaint field persist at the case level.
Department Field:
Both the Editing Case and Cases screens allow the user to select a desired value for the Department associated with a case. After making a selection, a checkmark icon appears to indicate that the change has been successfully made. This functionality works properly when setting or modifying the Department, except when the user attempts to select the blank or null option (indicating no Department).
We are implementing a fix to ensure the Department clears correctly when users select a null option.
PDF Estimate Approval Notes:
We are making improvements to ensure that when the Case Notes option is selected for generating the Estimate PDF, the notes section of the resulting PDF correctly displays Approval notes alongside the other notes present.
Saving Operation Labels:
Admin users have been able to edit labels for their locations for some time. However, we received reports of users encountering errors when trying to edit and save the tenth label.
We are implementing a fix to ensure that the tenth label in the list is editable and saves correctly.
SP & Broker Location Logos:
Admin users have long been able to upload and associate company logos with their locations. However, we have received reports of users encountering errors when trying to upload and save these logos.
To address this, we are implementing a fix to ensure that location admins can upload and save logos without any issues.
