For the Case V8.23.0 Release, targeted for October 24th, we're planning the following improvements.

  • Contact Profile  - Adding the “Extension” field next to “Office Phone Number”.

Contact Phone Extension Field:

In response to user feedback, we are reintroducing the phone number extension field for both new and existing contact profiles. This functionality will enable users to directly associate phone extensions with their contacts.
