Search for Assets

To search for assets you need to repair and move forward with creating cases on those assets, you can use the Asset section of the Search screen.

The Asset section allows you to search for assets by unit, serial, engine serial number, or across all fields. Sometimes assets share the same serial number because they come from different databases. Searching by the full 17-digit VIN ensures you return the correct asset.

These cases allow for communication to occur with the parts and service team, as well as with the customer, in order to keep everything in one place to guarantee effective communication and decreased downtime.
