The following enhancements were added to the Calendar feature available to service providers:
These changes make it easier for you view overlapping appointments on the calendar. You can quickly see how many appointments are scheduled each day and each week.
Basic Day View
When viewing a calendar, you can now select the Basic Day view from the toolbar.
The Basic Day view displays a block for each appointment scheduled that day in order of earliest to latest.
The blocks are stacked on top of each other similar to the Month view. If multiple appointments start at the same time, the longest appointment appears first, followed by the other appointments. This makes it easier to see how many appointments are occurring that day and all their information at a glance.
Basic Week View
In addition to the Basic Day view, you can also select the Basic Week view when using the calendar.
The Basic Week view displays a box for each appointment scheduled for each day that week in order of earliest to latest.
It operates in much the same way as the Basic Day view and Month view. The blocks are stacked on top of each other. If multiple appointments start at the same time, the longest appointment appears first, followed by the other appointments.
This makes it easier to see how many appointments are occurring each day that week and all their information at a glance.
