Add Multiple Recipients to a Comment
When assigning a case to someone, you can now select multiple recipients for your comment.
Previously, only the user you assigned the case to would see the comment you added when reassigning the case. You can select up to 15 recipients.
Email Template Wording
The default email template for Assigned Notify (workflow) has been changed to reflect the fact that now other users can be notified of this change, not just the person being assigned.
Before this change, notifications were sent as follows: "Dear John Smith, You have been assigned to the following Case".
Now, notifications will be sent as follows: "John smith has been assigned to the following case". This will ensure that everyone receiving the notification knows to whom the case is assigned.
