Print Case Information

Service Provider Users can generate case related PDFs using the Print/PDF Actions section on the Editing Case page.

Print Estimate

Generates a PDF of the current version of the estimate that the customer received.

Print Estimate w/o labor hours

Generates a PDF of the current version of the estimate without labor hours included on the document.

Print Notes

Generates a PDF with all the notes in the Conversation section of the case.

Print Parts Card

Generates a PDF listing the part number and name for any part added to the case.

Print Parts Card w/prices

Generates a PDF listing the part number, part name, and price for each part added to the case.

Print Labor Card

Generates a PDF showing the labor breakdown for each operation on the case.

Print Case

Generates a comprehensive PDF including the estimate, notes, parts card and labor card.

To print a case information document:

1. From the Editing Case page, click on your chosen case information document link toward the bottom of the page in the Print/PDF Actions section.
2. A preview window will pop up to show you the PDF you are about to print.
3. From there, you can download or print the document using your browser print options.
