You can use the Follow Up Time feature on the All Cases Screen to alert other users the case is due for Follow Up.
This will trigger the color of the case Follow up Times to change from White (Not Due), to Green (Due soon), to Red (Overdue). so you can easily see and sort your cases by Follow Up Time and stay on top of your cases.
