Account Created

• The associated email address will receive a link to set a password once the account is created.

Enter Your Username or Email

• On the login screen:
• Type your Username or Email Address into the input field.
• As soon as you begin typing, the LOG IN button will become active.

Click LOG IN

• Once the button is active, click LOG IN to proceed.

After Clicking

• The Password field will appear.
• The Forgot Password option will also be displayed.

Enter Your Password

• Begin typing your Password into the input field.
• The LOG IN button will become active again once you start entering your password.
• Click LOG IN to complete the login process.

Enter Your Username or Email

• On the login screen:
• Type your Username or Email Address into the input field.
• As soon as you begin typing, the LOG IN button will become active.

Click LOG IN

Once the button is active, click LOG IN to proceed.

After clicking:

• The Password field will appear.
• The Forgot Password option will also be displayed.

Click Forgot Password

• On the login screen, select Forgot password below the input field.

Enter Your Username or Email

You’ll be prompted to enter your Username or Email Address again.

Send Reset Instructions

Click SEND LINK to receive password reset instructions. You’ll also see a RETURN TO LOGIN option if you change your mind.

After Clicking

• A sucess notification will appear 

Email Notification

• An email notification will be sent to the associated address

Access Granted

• When access to a new location is added, an email notification is automatically sent.
