For the Case V8.28.0 Release, targeted for January 6th, we're planning the following improvements.
- Fixes:
- Local and Fleet Customers must set the approval status for every operation before submitting an approval response.
- VMRS Updates - We have removed inaccurate codes and added new ones to the available selections.
- Enhancements:
- Fleet - All Cases filter for Closed by Location.
Case V8.28.0
Local & Fleet Customer Approval Status:
Currently, Local and Fleet Customers can submit an approval response without setting the approval status for all operations, which causes the approval notification to not be sent. We’re making adjustments so that when there is at least one operation pending during the approval, the submit button is disabled.
VMRS Updates:
In v8.28.0, we’ll be removing the following inaccurate VMRS codes:
X0X-000-000, X1X-000-000, X2X-000-000, X3X-000-000, X4X-000-000, X5X-000-000, X6X-000-000, X7X-000-000, X8X-000-000, X9X-000-000. And, adding the following new VMRS codes:

Fleet All Cases Screen - Closed by Location Filter:
We're adding a new filter to the Fleet All Cases screen to help distinguish and filter cases based on whether they have been closed by the service provider or not. Historically, they have only been able to filter by Fleet Status to help make the distinction.
