For the Case V8.30.0 Release, targeted for January 30th, we're planning the following improvements.

Fixes: 

• Vision Navigation: Clicking the notes "bubble" icon from Vision now correctly redirects users to the main Notes section of the Case screen.

• Audit Transparency: The Editing Case screen's closed audit/history log will now display the API Username if the case was closed via an API call, improving accountability. 

Enhancements:

• Contact Details: An "Extension" column has been added to the Contacts screen, allowing for better management of direct dial information. 

• Inspection Workflow: Selecting "Outcome Operations" during an active inspection now triggers a new pop-up for adding operations. This change is designed to prevent data conflicts with other pending changes on the screen.

• Enhanced Check-in: Users can now attach multiple files or photos during the check-in process by adding them one by one.
