Case V8.39.0 - June 2026

For the Case V8.39.0 Release, we have the following updates:

• Improved Field Manager Pinning Behavior | This update enhances how Field Managers (FMs) are pinned within cases, making the feature more relevant and useful for dealer workflows.

• Phillips Inspection Operation Decommission | We are planning to retire the Phillips Inspection program. Starting June 5th, Phillips-branded inspection operations will no longer be available within the platform. 

• Scheduled Maintenance Approval Status | Adjustment to scheduled maintenance to reset if the status is something other than DECLINED or DEFERRED instead of only when the Approval Status is APPROVED.

Improved Field Manager Pinning Behavior 

This update enhances how Field Managers (FMs) are pinned within cases, making the feature more relevant and useful for dealer workflows.

What’s Changed:

• This enhancement will clear all existing pinning of Field Managers.
• Field Managers pinned by Service Provider users should show as Pinned to that SP's users, only on subsequent cases involving the same SP location (not across the entire OEM, or across Dealer Group).
• Field Managers pinned by Fleet users should show as Pinned only for that Fleet's users, only on subsequent cases involving the same Fleet-Depot (not across the entire Fleet or OEM).

Phillips Inspection Operation Decommission

Decisiv is retiring the Phillips Inspection program. Starting June 5th, 2026, Phillips-branded inspection operations will no longer be available within the platform. Locations currently using these operations have options to ensure continuity of their inspection workflows before the decommission date.

Scheduled Maintenance Approval Status

What’s Changed: To better align with approval workflows and reduce inconsistencies across the system, scheduled maintenance is now reset for more than only when an operation is marked Approved.

Scheduled maintenance will reset when a reset trigger is completed and the approval status is anything other than Declined or Deferred.

Ensures schedules remain accurate, even if the approval process or timing varies across providers.

What Didn’t Change: The maintenance reset triggers and approval workflows remain the same
