Issue Fixed: Unexpected Cursor Behavior in Edit Operations Screen
In the Parts section of the Edit Operation screen, if you click the + key or press the Submit Parts button after entering values in one or more rows, the cursor/focus will now shift to the PART NO field in the next blank row as expected.
Case Mobile Access and Edit Enhancements
We’ve made some exciting enhancements to Case Mobile by allowing for easier access to cases from text message links, as well as adding the ability to edit Labor information.
Enhancement: Added Mobile Link to Text Message when Technician is Assigned to a Case
With this release, we have made it easier for technicians assigned to a case to get to the case on their mobile devices by adding a link to the mobile case in the SMS (text) received by the technician on their phone. Previously, there was only a link to the web version of Case sent to the technician in the SMS but this update adds a mobile link along with the web link.
Enhancement: Labor Information Now Editable on the Mobile Check-In site
With this release, we have provided the ability to add or edit Labor information on the Mobile Check-In site. In the View Operation page, you will now be able to edit the fields for Labor Time, Price Code, and Skill Level as you can on the full site.
